What the practice asks from you

One of the intentions behind Still is to dispel the idea that you need to reorganise your life in order to practice yoga. The path is designed so that even within a full, busy, overstimulated life, you can still engage with it meaningfully.

The minimum ask from this chapter is simple: ten minutes per day, at a time that works best for you. That alone is enough to begin moving along this path. Everything else – reading and exploring the philosophy, reflecting, journaling – is supportive, but never essential. In Raja Yoga, practice is always central, and if you are showing up for the sessions, you are already doing what matters.
