Fifteen sits in twenty days

I am not suggesting you become a robot. Human beings are wonderfully imperfect. You may miss a day. Perhaps even two. Life has a habit of intervening.

But, where possible, try to complete these fifteen sits within twenty days.

Not because there is a prize waiting at the end. Not because yoga is a race.

Simply because the effects of the practice accumulate. Each sit quietly supports the next, and momentum is easier to sustain while it is still gathering.

Trust the process. Keep showing up. Let the practice do its work.
