The eight limbs of yoga

Still teaches techniques that are drawn from a centuries-old tradition and the classical texts of yoga. Among them, Hatha Yoga Pradipika maps the progression (body → breath → mind) via the eight limbs of yoga. Since it comes later in the practice, we don’t usually refer to our sessions as meditation. Pranayama sits precisely at the transition point from working with the body to working with the mind, and that is where our journey together begins.
