Balance is rarely dramatic

Anuloma Viloma works with both channels simultaneously. Rather than strengthening one side, it seeks balance. Rather than stimulation, it cultivates harmony.

In yogic language, this is said to balance iḍā and piṅgalā, allowing prāṇa to flow more freely through the system. In practical terms, many practitioners simply notice that they feel calmer, clearer, more focused, and less reactive.

Balance is rarely dramatic. It is usually experienced as a quiet sense of ease. And that, ultimately, is the purpose of this practice.
