How to practice Sitkari

  1. Sit comfortably with the spine upright.
  2. Roll the tip of the tongue upward towards the roof of the mouth.
  3. Gently bring the upper and lower teeth together, leaving a small gap between them.
  4. Part the lips slightly.
  5. Inhale slowly through the teeth, creating a soft hissing sound.
  6. Close the mouth.
  7. Exhale gently through both nostrils.

This is one round. Practice slowly and comfortably, without forcing the breath.
