Is there only one way?

In the classical Hatha Yoga tradition, there is a standard sequence of twelve positions performed in a specific order. Other schools of yoga, such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, have developed their own variations with different emphases and styles of movement.

Still follows the traditional Hatha Yoga sequence.

As with all yogic practices, precision matters. Small details in alignment, breathing, and movement accumulate over time.
